Alle & Kimberlee Delfsma Testimonial

Our lives changed forever on Memorial Day 2007. That is the day a drunk
driver hit my husband and I as we walked along our quiet country road. Thinking
we would go for a quick walk after our cookout and then go out for ice cream with
our two children, suddenly we were forced to face possible life threatening injuries
and mental anguish.

Fortunately, we recovered from our injuries and continued on with our lives.
With the help of the law firm Halpert, Weston, Wuori & Sawusch, P.C., we received
excellent advice in our claims with our insurance company and that of the at-fault
driver and were very pleased with our settlement.

Our lawyer, Bonnie Sawusch, showed us considerable compassion in our
recovery process and beyond. She directed us to the best physical therapists and
helped us find the counseling needed to move forward after such a devastating
event. Bonnie continues to keep in contact with my husband and I to see how we are
doing. When our house was recently broken into, she gave us the book, “When Bad
Things Happen to Good People.” Sometimes it seems like bad things rain down onto
your life and this book was a tremendous help.

We highly recommend the law firm of Halpert, Weston, Wuori & Sawusch,
P.C.. We were never considered just another claim for Bonnie and her assistants, as
we were always treated with care and compassion and consider them to be like
family.
