On March 31, 2010, Bonnie Y. Sawusch spoke to the Oakland and Macomb Counties Community Mental Health Departments.  The topic of her presentation was “Evidence Analysis.”  The participants were provided with practical information to assist them in the gathering and analyzing of evidence necessary to investigate complaints of Recipient Rights violations.
